Volen Sentir
Volen Sentir is a music project established in 2017 by a duo of Moscow-based sound producers Anjei and David. These masters of Deep House sound had their tracks released on the legendary Shanti Moscow Radio, Lost & Found and All Day I Dream music labels.
In its brief history, the duo has released a number of vinyl EPs and singles, making its way into official compilations of Tomorrowland (2018), Café Del Mar and Buddha-Bar.
Their tracks have not only reached the top ranks in Resident Advisors and Beatport, both in 2019 and 2020, but also made it into the charts of some of the most influential music industry leaders.
The band’s artistry is filled with rhythmic melodies, powerful grooves and pure, all-natural harmonies. By merging these individual elements into a unified musical vision, Volen Sentir manages to create a unique neo-authentic sound where the sense of modernity harmoniously blends in with the echoes of various times, cultures and traditions.
Volen Sentir’s music is an “invitation to travel” – a guide to alternate realities. It draws the listener in with its depth, mystery and ambience. It immerses one into a meditative-like state, allowing to mentally observe the stories never told and legends long forgotten.
